We conduct Workshops on Life Cycle Management of Infra Projects which covers Project Management, Estimation & Costing with Rate Analysis, Resource Analysis, Project Planning, Bid Document Preparation & R.A.Billing System for Civil Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Valuers, Estimators form various Departments like PWD, Irrigation, Environmental Engineering, RRDA, Municipal Corporations & Engineering Colleges.

The duration of the workshop is 3/5 days with practicals for Civil Engineering Students in Engineering Colleges, as a part of
INDUSTRY INSTITUTE INTERACTION (III) initiative as envisaged by AICTE, introducing students to Life Cycle Management of Infra Projects which includes Project Management basics, Project Estimation & Costing, Resource Analysis, necessary documentation for Technical Sanction & Administration Approval, Project Planning, Bid Document Preparation & Project Planning & Monitoring. The workshop is aimed at increasing the employability of the students, by acquiring hands-on, real-life requirements of Civil Engineering Profession and helps them fare well at campus interviews.

The objective of the
INDUSTRY INSTITUTE INTERACTION is to reduce the gap between industry expectations (practice) and academic offerings (theory) by direct involvement of industry to attain a symbiosis. All the Stakeholders, namely Institutions, Industry, Students and Society stand to gain as it can be a win-win situation and also students stand to gain by way of hands-on training, reduction of learning curve in industrial practices.

We have developed 2 Softwares namely
EasyBids® & EasyRoads®, which are used for preparing DPRs & Estimates, Project Planning, Bid Documents, Bill of Quantities including R.A.Billing System etc. We provide these two Softwares Free of cost to the College & participants for their personal use. We have an active base of more than 2000 users, which comprise of Government Engineers,  Consultants, Contractors, Valuers, Estimators form various Departments like PWD, Irrigation, Environmental Engineering, RRDA, Municipal Corpotations etc.

Activity Based Costing (ABC) using our Softwares.

Activity based costing or ABC is a costing approach for optimizing cost and time. Besides measuring the peformance of an activity, this cost accounting technique helps to indentify all the costs related to every activity. The activity can be placed anywhere within an organizational structure, comprising a project or process.

In Activity-based costing, resource costs are assigned to activities that consume resources, and activity costs are assigned to the cost objects like services, products, and customers. ABC thus recognizes the relationship between the activities and cost drivers.

Activity-based costing enhances control of overhead costs as overheads are not
driven by the volume of work.
This technique identifies the non-value-adding activities. Thus, reducing the cost.
